Terms of Service

1. Who We Are and the Scope of These Terms

The "Rezervo Staff" application and related services are provided by "TRAYVEX TECH" MMC, a company registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern your use of the "Rezervo Staff" mobile application and related staff services (the “App”). The App is a professional digital tool that assists authorized staff and service professionals (masters) of a salon, barbershop, or other service enterprise (the “Enterprise”) using the Rezervo platform to manage bookings, work schedules, availability, and business data.

These Terms do not replace our separate B2B (business-to-business) agreement with the Enterprise (salon owner), your employment or service contract with the Enterprise, or the Enterprise's terms of service with its customers.

By registering in the App, clicking to accept these Terms when presented, or using the App, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Right to Use, Accounts, and Security

You must have the required legal capacity and authorizations to use the App on behalf of the Enterprise. The App is a business tool for professional staff and is not intended for minors.

  • Account Access: Access to the App requires a valid authorized staff profile created under a valid Enterprise account and, where applicable, the acceptance of an invitation.
  • Responsibility: You are personally responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Sharing your account (including with colleagues) is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately inform the Enterprise management and Us. All actions performed in the App through your account (login and password) are deemed to have been performed by you.
  • Enterprise Control: The Enterprise (salon administrator or owner) determines the staff member's authorizations, service list, prices, and work schedule. The Enterprise may change, restrict, or revoke your access to the App at any time. Leaving the Enterprise (termination of employment) does not automatically constitute a request to delete your personal data from the App (see Section 8 for deletion).

3. Permitted Use and Protection of Customer Data

Subject to these Terms and the applicable license terms of the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play), you may use the App on compatible mobile devices for authorized business activities.

  • Functionality: The App allows you to view bookings, create bookings on behalf of customers, change booking statuses, block unavailable time (rest/breaks), and view business statistics.
  • Data Confidentiality: You must use customer and colleague data (names, phone numbers) solely for legitimate and authorized business purposes (to manage bookings). Before entering another person's information into the App, ensure that you and the Enterprise have the necessary consent from that person.
  • Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to enter medical diagnoses, ID card details, bank card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information into the free-text fields of the App. Misusing customer data, sending unauthorized marketing messages outside the App, scraping or transferring data (customer base) in favor of competitors, spreading malware, or technically interfering with the App's operations are strictly prohibited.

4. Bookings, Services, and Information Intermediation

  • Service Provider (Intermediary Status): The Rezervo platform acts solely as a technical information intermediary (digital bridge) facilitating the online booking process between customers and the salon (master). The core service (haircut, beauty, health, and other procedures) is provided directly by the Enterprise or the professional, not by "TRAYVEX TECH" MMC. The Enterprise bears full and sole responsibility for service quality, availability, pricing, professional qualifications, and the actual execution of the service.
  • No Liability for "No-Shows" and Cancellations: We only provide the online booking capability. Rezervo bears no financial or legal liability for any material damage, lost revenue, or wasted time incurred by the Enterprise or the staff member (You) resulting from a customer failing to show up at the booked time (no-show), arriving late, canceling at the last minute, or refusing the service.
  • Accuracy of Data: The statistics, booking revenue, and completed services figures displayed in the App are only operational summaries of business activities. These data are not legally binding documents for official accounting, tax reporting, or payroll calculations. The App does not provide any medical advice or diagnoses.

5. Payments, Notifications, and Subscriptions

  • Free Use for Staff: The Rezervo Staff app is completely free of charge for salon employees (masters). The App does not collect any payments from staff members, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not provide paid premium subscriptions for masters. Payments for using the service are regulated by a separate B2B agreement between Us and the Enterprise (salon owner).
  • Notifications (Push Notifications): We may send essential messages ("Push" notifications) regarding new bookings, modifications, account security, and system updates. For notifications to work, appropriate permissions must be granted in your device settings. You can turn off notifications in your device settings at any time (in which case you may miss operational information about new customer bookings).

6. Intellectual Property and Submitted Information

All intellectual property rights regarding the App, software, code, brand, interface, and documentation belong to Us ("TRAYVEX TECH" MMC). The service information and customer base entered by the Enterprise remain the property of the Enterprise. By entering data into the App, you grant us only the necessary technical processing rights required to provide, protect, and optimize the Service.

7. Availability and Updates

We take reasonable and professional measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the App; however, as we depend on internet connections, server hosting, and network providers, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability of the service. You are required to regularly update the App and your device's operating system.

8. Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy

  • In-App Deletion: You can refuse your Rezervo Staff profile at any time by pressing the "Delete Account" (Hesabı sil) button located in the settings section within the App. For security purposes, during the deletion process, you will be required to re-enter your current password and explicitly confirm that you understand the consequences.
  • Consequences of Deletion: Immediately upon confirmation of account deletion, your personal login details (login, password, push tokens, device linkages) are completely removed from our active systems. Your access to the App is immediately restricted, and your profile is hidden for new bookings.
  • Retention of Business Data (1 Year): To ensure the continuous operation of the Enterprise and to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (accounting and reporting requirements), the booking history and related service records completed with your participation will be retained in the system for 1 (one) year. This data will be used solely for the Enterprise's statistical and reporting needs.
  • Traces of deleted personal data in protected backups may remain automatically for up to 30 days until completely overwritten.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except for liability arising from our own actions or intentional unlawful acts, Rezervo shall in no event bear any legal, material, or moral responsibility for the execution of the Enterprise's independent booked services, masters' errors, violation of hygiene and sanitary rules, or inaccurate information provided by third parties. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Protection of Consumers' Rights," since there is no direct paid (financial) relationship between You and the App, We bear no obligation to compensate for damages caused by interruptions in the App's operation.

10. Modifications, Applicable Law, and Dispute Resolution

  • Updates: We may unilaterally update these Terms when the App is updated or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective from the moment they are published in the App.
  • Applicable Law: These Terms and the rules for using the App are governed by the substantive and procedural legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Disputes: Should any dispute or dissatisfaction arise, you are requested to first contact support@rezervo.az to resolve the issue through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku city) in accordance with the law. The Parties unconditionally accept that the server records and electronic logs of the Administration (Rezervo) are considered primary evidence in court.
  • If the Terms are provided in Azerbaijani and English (or Russian) versions, the Azerbaijani version shall prevail in the event of any legal inconsistency.
